Why are the products limited editions?

All of the bags are made from leftover materials, also known as deadstock. This means that in most cases, the same fabric can't be re-ordered. Once the bags are sold-out, they won't be restocked.

    Important: Orders shipped to the UK are subject to local VAT (20%) and customs fees. These charges are not included in your total today and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

What is the return policy?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Within this period, you must notify us that you wish to return the product.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please ensure that the product is returned, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Products send back without the original label will not be accepted. 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days using the original payment method.

When will I get my order?

All pre-orders are estimated to be shipped before July 8th. You will be notified when your bag is on the way.

The final delivery time depends on the destination country within Europe.

All of our products are proudly made in Italy from materials sourced in Italy.
